The place was perfect, the reviews regarding the beach being more calm and great place for younger kids was spot on and made our vacation with our littles ranging from 3 to 8 a lot more comfortable. Location is perfect! The beach is out your door and the floor to ceiling windows and doors are a dream. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. There are restaurants stores with in 10 minutes. The property owner was very friendly and so helpful with everything.

It was really nice being right on the bay/Chic's beach. The water was gently enough for small kids and it was great being beachfront. The property had all the amenities needed and was clean. The property showed signs of age, but not so much that it took away from our stay. The property owner was very responsive to questions about parking and details about the home.
